Hello. I'm Elena and I currently share my life with my family, 9 dogs and 3 parrots. I've always felt connected to color and art.


Throughout the course of my life, I've developed unique bonds with each one of the animals who have been part of my family. As companions and family members, animals honor us with one of the purest forms of love, which is regularly mirrored in their eyes.

Bringing to life their image through colored pencil art is my way of untangling an animal's soul and expressing it on paper.


I'm passionate about creating high-quality realistic animal portraits that lovingly reflect the human-animal connection and the true essence of each and every non-human member of our family.

Through my art, I’m keen on reflecting an animals' soul through its eyes

I've been painting art for almost 3 years, as I consider it to be a great way to redeem our true connection as humans to animals.

I'm also a member of Colored Pencil Society of America and the UK Colored Pencil Society. 

When an animal is loved, it shows

My art tries to reflect the inner glow that animals have when living within a loving environment and feeling part of a family. I try to capture all the intangibles words and emotions such as: unconditional love, nobility, pride and connection.
